AAHC Fosters employee growth and provides staff with available tools and direction to achieve professional satisfaction for every member of the team. All caregivers are screened and hired in accord with state/federal programs and agency guidelines. All are oriented and trained to meet the designated plan of care needs and nuances of each client they care for. Training is done under nursing supervision and incorporates on-going education and reporting of changes that may impact care, require further monitoring or incorporate changes in care and oversight. AAHC strives to assist in employees’ development in the health sciences and future professional growth as desired.
